FREE SHIPPING

To avoid confusion and disappointment, we always try to include the price of shipping in our final price meaning no unexpected fees to pay. 

Excludes items requiring specialist courier such as Large Furniture or statement pieces. Please contact us if you have any questions.

COLLECTION

If you'd prefer to collect an order directly from us, please contact us to arrange a convenient time and location. Discounts may be applied to collected items at our discretion.

SMALL ITEMS

For all small items, under 120cm and below 10kg, we mainly use Royal Mail, parcel force, or Evri, with the item fully insured to the cost at retail.

LARGE ITEMS  

For larger items, such as the Shuffleboard by Joseph Smith Furniture, delivery will require a specialist courier. We can arrange the courier for you, or you may choose to arrange collection yourself. Courier costs will vary depending on factors such as floor levels, access, and the company used. Shipping not included in final price for these items due to the nature of logistics needed. 

ART

For art, we use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, private couriers, or Pick it and Pack it for shipping. Shipping costs may vary depending on the value of the artwork, but we strive to include these costs in the final price of each piece.

We’re also happy to accommodate collections from our base in Brighton. Alternatively, if you're within a reasonable distance, we can personally deliver the piece to you.
